Customer Adoption Team Manager

London - 3 days per week in office, 2 days working remotely

• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission!

The Opportunity

• Lead, coach and develop a small team of customer adoption managers, ensure that performance targets are achieved. Leading team meetings, 1-1s and contributing to the commercial managers meeting

• Supporting the team with escalations for complex internal and external queries

• Support enterprise account onboarding and early lifecycle management, building strong stakeholder relationships

What we need from you

• Solid experience in line management of at least 3 ICs and proven results, ideally within a customer adoption or account management team.

• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships with your team and senior stakeholders (including C-suite)

• Thrive in data-driven environments, using metrics to inform decisions and achieve measurable improvements.

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic projects that drive business impact.
