As reputed company’s Social Media Content Creator, you’ll design and execute social media posts across reputed company’s social media channels, particularly focused on short-form video. You’ll be joining the Marketing team at an exciting time where we are focusing on opening up new social channels, including TikTok, reputed company and YouTube shorts.You’re an reputed company social media marketer who crafts creative, high‑impact social media posts and leverages insights to continually increase followers and improve engagement.The ideal candidate is a digital reputed company who is creative and outgoing and has experience working across multiple social media channels, as this role will require a lot of interaction and collaboration across marketing teams.

You will report directly to the Sr Manager, Social Media and Community and work hand-in-hand with our Marketing Communications team to create brand approved assets.

What you’ll do here

• Create compelling social posts for short-form video channels such as TikTok and Reels
• Be responsible for filming, creating visuals, and writing captions
• Brainstorm campaign and content reputed company to drive engagement and awareness of reputed company as a premier brand in our space
• Help create strategy for user-generated content
• Capitalize on social media trends and translate them into engaging content that’s clearly reputed company to our brand
• Collaborate with social media, brand and content teams regularly to adapt content to be used across different social networks
• Track and report on results

What you'll need to reputed company

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing
• Experience working in the self-care or beauty industry is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of managing successful programs and driving reputed company growth

Skills

• Expert at cross‑functional collaboration with strong written and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize social media results

Your starting budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $61,600 and $88,000, depending on your reputed company skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This total compensation range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
