Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, engage, and coach a team of high-performing reputed company professionals
• Own and optimize recruiting strategy for reputed company roles across the company
• Create and reinforce best practices that emphasize quality over quantity, aiming for exceptional talent density
• Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, HMs, HRBPs, others) to determine reputed company and future talent needs, align on hiring reputed company and challenges, etc.
• Regularly review team performance, pipeline health, CSAT, and other metrics
• Personally drive senior and/or hard-to-fill searches

Requirements:

• Proven ability to coach and upskill recruiters to deliver solid hiring outcomes

• Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills
• Data-driven reputed company with experience using metrics to drive performance
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Positive on crypto
