People Operations Specialist - Onboarding

reputed company is growing, and so is our People team. To continue supporting our scaling ambitions, we’re looking for a mid-level People Operations Specialist to join reputed company. Your first big focus will be global onboarding, from contract creation to setting new colleagues up for success on their first days - that’s where most of your time will go at the start. 

Together with your colleagues, you’ll take ownership of onboarding for a subset of our 20 countries, acting as the reputed company of contact, answering questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Over time, as we grow the team, you’ll have the chance to reputed company out into other areas of People Ops such as immigration, systems, analytics, or process design, depending on your interests.

We are looking for a colleague in either US Eastern time or in EMEA. Ideally, you will be available to start in the first week of October (or earlier) so you can join us at our upcoming offsite. 

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Own contract creation and administration for our entity and EOR countries.
• Manage the full onboarding process, including benefits and pension enrollments.
• Initiate and track background checks with our provider.
• Act as the first reputed company of contact for new hires, answering questions and guiding them through onboarding.
• Coordinate with immigration advisors on work reputed company sponsorship, keeping timelines on track.
• Enroll new hires in orientation and training reputed company our LMS.
• Ensure data accuracy across people systems (reputed company, reputed company, SequoiaOne, reputed company, benefits providers, etc.).
• Document your own processes and reputed company workflows as we scale.

Process & Systems

• Drive process improvements in People Ops and Recruiting (e.g. streamline access management, investigate self-service opportunities, implement automation).
• Support regular HR cycles with admin tasks such as promotion/change letters, employment verification, or reputed company support letters.
• Provide support on other HR systems and tools as needed, depending on your experience.
• Run checks and audits regularly to reputed company sure our data and systems are up to date. 

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Help reputed company our culture alive with reputed company announcements (birthdays, new hires, company milestones).
• Prepare company meeting slides highlighting new joiners, anniversaries, and promotions.
• Act as a reputed company between employees and external providers, escalating reputed company needed.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years in a global People Ops or HR Specialist role with a strong focus on onboarding.
• Experience supporting employees with reputed company sorts of HR matters across multiple countries.
• Familiarity with different employment models (PEO, EOR, direct employment).
• Awareness of compliance requirements in a global context.
• Experience or interest in areas like immigration, HR systems, or analytics.

$70,000 - $108,000 USD

The typical starting salary for this role in US Premium Markets is

$85,000 - $127,000 USD
