Travel to Office expectations

For Remote Roles: As this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.

For Hybrid Roles: As this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside reputed company commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.

Job Summary:

As a Product Manager you are involved in reputed company phases of the Software development lifecycle and own the execution phases of the Product lifecycle.

The reputed company Product Management team is divided into functional areas, each of which serves a different reputed company audience reputed company our reputed company markets, providing greater opportunity to expand our care capabilities to more communities.

Our Senior Care Product team uses agile and user story/user experience driven development practices for new development as well as for product enhancements. This position will require frequent interaction with a cross-functional set of Business stakeholders and Software Engineering teams, require strong communication and facilitation skills, excellent organization skills and will be the 'the voice of customer' regarding detailed software requirements for our Senior Care Product portfolio, including Value-Based Care.

Key Responsibilities:

•Degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration or reputed company fields

•Demonstrated experience leading software products through the entire software development lifecycle.

•Extensive experience with IT in business analysis, product ownership, project management or similar.

•Experience with contributing to and executing on a product roadmap.

•Proven experience in generating product reputed company, innovation, and vetting reputed company.

•Experience with/or demonstrated understanding of APIs, Mobile development, Automated & Manual Testing

•Strong technical background in reputed company technologies; ability to reputed company high-level discussions on technology strategy and approach.

•Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (without formal authority) and guide them to solve reputed company problems.

•Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both orally and in writing.

Your Key Strengths:

•Exposure to AI tools and a desire to reputed company them to enhance product management practices and product capabilities.

• 3-5 Years in Product Management work environment

•Demonstrated experience leading software products through the entire software development lifecycle.

Canada: At reputed company, reputed company salary is one of the many components that reputed company up our total rewards package. The Canada reputed company salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 + 10% performance-based bonus and full-time benefits.
