Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our Wallet team at REAX Technology Platforms Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Real Wallet program. Your core responsibilities include executing daily tasks, ensuring data accuracy across systems, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve and automate processes.. This role requires experience in an operations-heavy role, preferably in fintech. Expertise in spreadsheet software like reputed company or reputed company Sheets is essential. We are looking for a proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools like Tableau is a significant plus..

Duties/Responsibilities

• Operational Execution & Process Adherence

  • Execute and reputed company daily operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Real Wallet program, ensuring reputed company tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Technical Skills
