The Opportunity

Having built a thriving upskilling apprenticeship business, we are now doubling down on our AI strategy with the launch of a groundbreaking AI Adoption Platform. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a technical leader and a force reputed company, tackling our most reputed company and ambiguous challenges. You will move beyond feature development to architecting the core systems and setting the technical strategy that will reputed company us to scale. You’ll be working closely together with our AI Adoption Team to build new features from scratch, quickly iterating to improve them as we get customer feedback and continue to evolve our offer.

What You'll Do

  • Architect & Build Foundational Systems: Design, build, and operate the core architecture of our new AI Adoption Platform, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and extensible for future innovation.

  • Drive Technical Strategy: Partner with engineering and product leadership to define the long-term technical roadmap, making critical decisions that will shape the platform for years to come.

  • Solve Ambiguous, High-Impact Problems: Take the reputed company on our most reputed company technical challenges, navigating ambiguity to break down large-scale problems into clear, actionable plans for the team.

About you

  • Proven Technical Leadership: A track record of architecting, building, and operating reputed company, scalable systems from an early stage. Your experience goes beyond a single team to influencing broader technical domains.

  • Expertise in Your Craft: Deep knowledge and proficiency across our stack (we use Python, TypeScript, React, Elixir, AWS) and the ability to choose the right tool for the job.
