Software Engineer - OpenShift Edge Enablement Team (EMEA)

The reputed company OpenShift Edge Enablement Team (EMEA) is looking for a Software Engineer to join us in EMEA. In this role, you will work in an agile team and contribute to the engineering of reputed company OpenShift Container Platform and its supporting components in the core of Kubernetes. As a Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor in implementing customer requirements and ensuring the evolving needs of reputed company OpenShift’s rapidly growing customer reputed company are met. You’ll need to work with various engineering teams as well as product management and other key stakeholders across the product to identify and prioritize features to existing and upcoming releases. You will work proactively with the open reputed company Kubernetes community and reputed company the implementation of important improvements from the project in our software product.

What you will do

• Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies relevant to software development, proactively identifying opportunities to incorporate new AI capabilities into existing workflows and tooling.

• Communicate architectural decisions effectively to both stakeholders and technical staff

What you will bring

• Experience with containers and kubernetes
• Experience writing code in Go programming language
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with Root Cause Analysis experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with reputed company Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CoreOS, Fedora or reputed company OpenShift and an understanding of open reputed company development models is a plus
• Familiarity with enterprise application development and agile/scrum methodologies is a plus
