About the Role:

As a Partner in Business Solution and Business Development Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with North European customers in the insurance industry at the C-Suite level to enhance their reputed company. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will strategically identify technical challenges, understand customer business drivers, and guide appropriate engagement approaches reputed company customer organisations. Collaborating with reputed company of business specialists, you will co-create new products and solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs while also leading transformation projects in insurance areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio.
• Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at reputed company levels reputed company client organizations.
• Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside reputed company of business specialists.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience providing IT solutions to insurance companies for their strategic and transformational initiatives.

• Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
• Deep expertise in Core Insurance software
• Extensive network with C-Suite executives reputed company insurance companies in the UK and North European Regions.
• Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.

• Business fluent in English.
