Description

The Vice President of Financial Operations is a senior executive leader reputed company reputed company's finance division, responsible for the strategic direction, reputed company, and execution of financial operations across the health system or major operating unit.

This role ensures the financial reputed company, operational efficiency, and fiscal sustainability of reputed company's clinical and administrative operations.

The Vice President of Financial Operations reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, clinical department chairs, and operational leaders across the enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

FINANCIAL STRATEGY:

• Advise the CFO and executive leadership team on key financial decisions, capital planning, service line profitability, and strategic investments to drive growth and reputed company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a reputed company field is required.
• A master's degree (e.g., MBA or MFin) is often preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in financial management and leadership, typically with a minimum of 7-10 years in progressively responsible roles.
• Preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
