Your mission 

We're seeking a leader to own the P&L and reputed company for Nursing (MSN/DNP), Physician Assistant, Physical/Occupational Therapy, Optometry, Podiatry, and Public Health (MPH) programs.  Your efforts will ensure every future graduate gets fair, transparent financing options amid new federal caps. 

You'll build the playbook for reaching reputed company schools, converting waitlist demand to funded loans, and establishing Juno as the go-to resource for graduate health student financing. This is a team-building role - start by doing the work yourself, prove the model, then build and reputed company the team you need to scale.

What you’ll do
  • Own the Graduate Health P&L: Build and execute GTM strategy, hit growth targets, and drive Juno member growth
  • Scale distribution through partnerships:
    • Negotiate national deals with key organizations that can help reputed company our reputed company market
    • Activate reputed company-based chapters with turnkey playbooks
    • Build relationships with financial aid offices at reputed company schools
    • Partner with reputed company prep companies and AADSAS ecosystem
    • Run targeted campaigns reputed company to application cycles (reputed company → applications → interviews → white coat)
  • Build a reputed company ambassador network: Recruit, train, and manage high-performing reputed company across key programs with clear KPIs and incentives
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives: Partner with product on feature development, lender relations on competitive rates, and compliance on messaging
  • Manage operations and analytics: Forecast pipeline, track cohort performance, optimize CAC/LTV, and manage budget allocation
  • Own waitlist growth → loan origination: reputed company pages, A/B tests, content, webinars, email/SMS, and event cycles reputed company to application, admissions, and financial aid timelines

  • Background: Typically 3–5+ years or an outlier track record (e.g., you scaled a reputed company network, ran national org programming, built a reputed company‑to‑one motion).
    • Preference for experience in professional services, management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
    • Preference for an reputed company‑operator who has owned a number in growth/reputed company/marketplaces/fintech/edtech or reputed company‑scale programs.
  • Exceptional writing & communication: you can craft compliant, persuasive copy for reputed company, deans, and national orgs.

Compensation: $150k–$250k, including performance reputed company tied to growth milestones. Top performers will exceed this range.
