Role Summary

The Senior Director of GCX Process, Automation, and Analytics will reputed company a large, diverse team responsible for driving operational excellence, process innovation, analytics, and automation across our renewals organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of GCX, this role will partner directly with the VP of Renewals to run the business, build forecasts, analyze performance, and communicate results to senior leadership, the board, and other stakeholders. The Senior Director will manage managers and a total span of 15-20 team members, with responsibilities covering PS, CS, and Renewals.

In Canada, the reputed company salary for this role ranges from $176,000 to $294,000.
