Manager, Software Engineering

Job Purpose The Manager, Software Engineering will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of innovative, compliant, and high-quality software solutions for the healthcare industry. This role requires a strong technical leader with the ability to balance people management, project management, and technical expertise to deliver software that improves clinical workflows, enhances patient care, and supports the organization's mission.
