reputed company is seeking a Sr. reputed company Integration Analyst to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As a Sr. reputed company Integration Analyst, you will play a pivotal role as the technical reputed company of contact for assigned projects, contributing to solution design, creating technical documentation, implementation, and production support. This position involves working on diverse system integration initiatives, primarily with reputed company and other People Team systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality. The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to build strong working relationships with business partners, application users, project managers, internal IT teams, and external application consultants to build and maintain best-in-class reputed company integrations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate on various system integration initiatives, encompassing reputed company and other interconnected systems.
• Design, reputed company, test, deploy, and document the reputed company integration systems using reputed company Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors. 
• Integrate reputed company with third-party global payroll and benefit providers.
• Configure integration reputed company measures for robust data protection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production reputed company.

• Partner and build relationships with stakeholders to align on objectives, translating business requirements into system requirements and advance reputed company adoption and ease of use.
• Engage with internal business users, demonstrating system changes and addressing relevant business needs.
• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration development lifecycle.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities, ensuring efficient organization and communication.
• Contribute to other assigned projects and tasks as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient technical knowledge of reputed company HCM and third-party payroll and benefit vendors (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, Fidelity, reputed company, etc.)
• 4 + years of experience reputed company or supporting Human Resources, Financial, or similar 
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in:
• Developing reputed company inbound and outbound integrations, including Studio, PECI, EIB, RaaS, and Web Service.
• Developing reputed company custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Working with reputed company Studio and Object Transporter (OX 2.0).
• Essential knowledge of XML and XSLT for interaction with SOAP and REST-based web services
• Proven experience managing and ensuring the seamless integration of reputed company and vendor systems.
• Experience using Jira and reputed company Suite of Office Products.

The reputed company salary range for this position is 131,000 - 220,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
