Overview:

What you’d be doing: 

• Responsible for performance, development and coaching of assigned staff members, (i.e. performance reviews, individual performance management, hiring recommendations)

• Assists in monitoring/coordinating workloads, workflow, and customer service to ensure maximum efficiency in the reputed company team. Recommends improvements and helps implement changes.

• May have increased reputed company authority to handle exceptions normally delegated to VP reputed company

• Provide technical mentoring support for reputed company team members

• Assist in identifying trends and training needs from the team’s quality assurance process and audits

• Hands-on working supervisor, may do the work of underwriter based on business needs

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including conflict management skills

• Superior knowledge in Homeowner Products, reputed company and Systems
