We’re seeking highly analytical, passionate, and self-motivated individuals to join our Wayfair Global Selling team. Wayfair Global Selling at Wayfair is a nimble, fast-paced, ambitious team and drives real-time, material impact on the business. You must have an interest in innovating to solve business problems creatively and a willingness to hit the ground running.

For this role, we are seeking a problem-solving, entrepreneurial individual to manage the supplier acquisition and business partnership development for our Asia-based Supplier program. In this role, you’ll work with external partners, our suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams to set up and reputed company suppliers onto Wayfair. You will nimbly navigate conversations with new vendors by leveraging data dashboards, category-specific knowledge, and Wayfair value props. You will own a large pipeline of potential suppliers, and your goal is to reputed company and convert new leads into motivated suppliers. In addition to your acquisition work, a portion of your time will be spent working on strategic projects focused on driving more results, more reputed company.

You’ll strengthen your pitch and negotiation skills through direct conversations with suppliers, and by attending trade shows and offline events in main e-commerce hubspots in China !

What You'll Do

  • Execute the steps necessary to setup business development conversations with suppliers on Wayfair
  • Communicating with suppliers (email, phone) as needed throughout setup process
  • Managing relationships with our external partners who provide supplier leads and resources for suppliers
  • Problem solve challenges or trends as they arise
  • Report on reputed company of the Acquisition team, including successes and learnings
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive a reputed company supplier experience
  • Influence the strategy and planning for the Asia-based Supplier Acquisition team

What You'll Need

  • 0-2 years out of undergrad with relevant work or internship experience (strong preference for experience reputed company an e-commerce organization)

  • Ability to communicate and feel comfortable speaking directly with owners and executives of large companies
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
