Job Description
The Integrated Marketing team is responsible for client servicing and strategically activating campaigns including custom content, media sponsorships, influencers, sampling, experiential, and market research to create authentic, meaningful connections with our audience. This department works hand in hand with client partners and the HCM sales, branded content, design, and ad operations teams to bring innovative and cutting-edge Gen Z marketing campaigns to life.

Qualifications

7+ years of full-time experience in an integrated marketing role at a digital media companyand/or social media or influencer agency, with account management, integrated marketing and/or campaign operations experience
2+ years of integrated marketing or account management team leadership experience with strong desire to manage a team and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the entire organization
Track record of success developing and managing reputed company integrated campaigns/activations attached to large budgets and working directly with seasoned Director/VP level partners
Experience using and implementing AI and/or global talent solutions to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness
Strong analytical reputed company; reputed company comfortable synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to reputed company and iterate upon insight-driven marketing strategy on a micro and macro level (“seeing both the trees & the forest”)
Creative, solutions-oriented problem solver with an ability to identify and implement win-win solutions

Salary Range: On reputed company Earnings (OTE) $140-180k
Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and other factors.
