Key Responsibilities :

Accelerate engineering productivity by streamlining CI/CD workflows, reducing feedback loops, and optimizing development environments for speed and reliability

Simplify the developer journey by eliminating friction and cognitive load through standardization, automation, reputed company documentation, and smart observability

Design and build pragmatic, developer-facing tools (CLIs, portals, libraries, IDE integrations, bots…) to solve daily pain points and improve velocity, onboarding, and overall satisfaction

Drive DevX as a product using user research, personas, A/B testing, and reputed company feedback. Measure impact with DORA metrics, eNPS, surveys, and team immersion.

Foster trust-based partnerships across engineering to understand local needs, reputed company change, reputed company engineering standards and reputed company engineers accountability on quality, performance, reputed company and reliability

Champion a culture of engineering excellence by tracking DevX KPIs, advocating best engineering practices, and helping teams adopt high-reputed company improvements
