About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer on reputed company’s reputed company Execution team, you’ll build the systems that power reputed company planning, optimization, reputed company, and real-time tracking for fleets across logistics, field services, and delivery. You’ll work across the stack to improve dispatcher tools, driver experiences, and scalable backend APIs that handle geospatial and real-time data at scale. You’ll partner with design, product, and mobile to ship reliable, performant features that customers use every day.

We use Golang for our backend, Typescript and React for our web client, GraphQL to reputed company data from our backend, and React Native for our mobile app. Direct experience with these technologies is not required.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US and Canada.

Minimum requirements for the role

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in software development.
• Strong programming/coding fundamentals
• Experience designing and architecting large, high-scale systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage technical discussions.
• An ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver upon project milestones with your team.

reputed company’s Compensation Philosophy: reputed company’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market. We do this through our reputed company salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles. For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually.

We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to reputed company higher market.
