A reputed company opportunity
We are looking for a Senior SOX Auditor to join our audit team and assist in the successful execution of the SOX program. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player capable of conducting control compliance walkthroughs and testing over multiple financial processes.
Responsibilities
●
Assist in the planning and execution of SOX compliance audits, including scoping, risk assessment, and control testing.●
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and document internal controls and processes.●
Review and evaluate financial and operational business processes to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.●
Support SOX ready documentation, narratives, flow charts, RCMs, control descriptions●
Conduct tests of controls to verify their effectiveness and identify control deficiencies.●
Document findings and assist in the preparation of audit reports and recommendations.●
Assist in the development and maintenance of audit workpapers and documentation.●
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices reputed company to SOX compliance.Requirement
●
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information technology, finance, or reputed company field preferred●
4+ years of experience working in Big 4 public accounting experience reputed company to SOX and/or Internal Audit●
Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and COSO 2013●
Strong written and verbal communication.●
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.●
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.●
Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.●
Attention to detail and delivery focused.Preferred

Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CIA, CISA or equivalent credential.●
Experience with SOC1/SOC 2 audits.●
Experience with Cloud reputed company and AWS.●
IT (Automated and ITGC) control knowledge.●
