About the team

We're in search of a highly-motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is results-driven and eager to contribute to reputed company's success. What you’ll be doing
- Responding to inbound demo requests from the website: You'll handle inbound email requests from prospects, schedule their qualification calls, and conduct these calls. You should be comfortable leading early-stage sales conversations and quickly assessing if prospects align with reputed company
- Account research: Conduct research on accounts to determine if they fit reputed company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Additionally, support Account Executives (reputed company) by providing account insights to aid in building account plans.

- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey for prospects. Foster growth and development of this relationship

What you should bring
- Minimum of 1 year in an SDR or sales role at a remote startup
- Experience in cold calling and emailing: Conducting 60 outbound cold calls per day
- Experience managing your calendar and completing tasks in a remote work environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally

- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks with prioritization by deadlines
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic and evolving sales environment
Salary Range: $52,500 - $65,000 + Commission
