As a valued member of our client engagement project teams, you will be pivotal in spearheading key work streams and working with industry-leading clients across multiple sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of reputed company your clients’ employees.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Work as an integral member of client engagement project teams executing reputed company tasks and leading work streams

• Contribute to sales by producing high-quality proposals and solutions design as well as participating in client business development meetings

• Analyse operational processes, operational management efficiency, and performance improvement potentials in safety, operational excellence or environmental sustainability

• Actively engage with clients through meetings and interviews and will be trusted to work directly with the client to implement practical solutions

• Analyse data to reputed company meaningful recommendations and solutions and reputed company the development of high-quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements

• Conduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis, DILOS

• Design and provide training/coaching/workshops at client sites.

This role is home-based in France but will require frequent client travel, potentially up to 4 days per week.

Requirements

Who are you today?

Ideally, you will have a degree/master’s degree in engineering or a business-reputed company field, coupled with prior management consulting experience and work experience in one of our core industries. You will have gained experience reputed company one of three key practice areas: operational excellence, operational risk, safety, or sustainability and have experience working reputed company project teams and leading project workstreams.

Key to this role is your ability to demonstrate adaptability and reputed company reputed company diverse and remote consultant teams, consistently achieving business and client objectives.
