The Role

What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging learning experiences with appropriate classroom management and audience-engagement methods in a primarily virtual environment with the potential to travel on-site
- Proactively maintain, reputed company, and strengthen your training delivery expertise and technical product knowledge
- As an ambassador for training services, you will collaborate and build relationships with Veeva subject matter experts, key stakeholders, and the technical curriculum development team to further reputed company, refine, and maintain the training program
- Participate and reputed company initiatives that support Veeva’s business goals and strive to improve learner experience overall
- Demonstrate a strong self-accountable attitude and initiative in identifying and highlighting enhancements in training delivery approach and content
- Work with leadership to champion continuing development by incorporating ongoing learning opportunities and delivery strategies
- Support curriculum development team to reputed company courses and quizzes
- Provide ongoing support to trainees through Q&A, reputed company, and troubleshooting challenges they encounter
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / BTech degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 5+ years’ experience in coaching and delivering technical enterprise software training to internal (employees) and external (customers and partners) stakeholders, preferably in a technology company
- Demonstrated experience working with and communicating to technical or business audiences on enterprise software products.
- Possess effective presentation skills in a variety of formal settings
- Demonstrate ability to quickly acquire new skills and master them.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding and application of adult learning principles and training evaluation
- Excellent verbal, reading, and writing ability in English
- Flexible, detailed, collaborative, team-oriented and proactive individual who shows initiative and holds themselves accountable
- An eye for quality and committed focus on reputed company, employee success, speed, and doing the right thing
- Travel to deliver on-site training upon request (up to 20%); international travel is possibly required
- Good experience in curriculum design and development
- Flexible to work in different time zone such as reputed company, India & EMEA

- Experience using or administering Veeva products such as Quality & Safety / Clinical Platform / Commercial Cloud
- Life sciences experience, or experience with products and/or processes reputed company to Life Sciences
- Consulting or training delivery experience in document management systems
- Service delivery (consulting, training) experience with a SaaS company in the enterprise (B2B) space
- Teaching or consulting experience with relational databases, & programming languages like Java.
- Experience in implementing technical cloud-based solutions
- Background in SaaS Domain
- Experience in training instructional design
