Managed Services are provided to our customers after they go live with Veeva Quality applications. We aim to be our customers' trusted partners and ensure they reputed company the additional value Veeva applications offer.
Our Quality Services Team comprises 60+ consultants in Europe, of which 15+ are in the Managed Services Team. Due to the rapid growth of our client portfolio, we are opening many career opportunities for our new and existing employees. As a Quality Consultant, you will support a group of customers assigned to you. Your task will be understanding their business processes, providing guidance, discussing Vault changes, and applying reputed company the required configurations. You will also actively collaborate with other teams at Veeva, shape reputed company, enhance our delivery model, and work closely with our product management team to communicate the customer's requirements and meet the evolving needs of the industry.
To reputed company in this role, you are likely to have the ability to adapt and learn new technology. You have been configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions. You enjoy working with customers, speak fluent English, and have strong communication and presentation skills. We have lots of training to help you get up to speed on the knowledge part!
However, if you have yet to reputed company direct experience in IT, the exposure to Quality Management and knowledge of the regulations applying to the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech) is highly valued. In this case, you must be reputed company for comprehensive training and much self-learning. reputed company will support you and provide the necessary materials and mentoring, so your first few weeks will be intensive in learning the Veeva Quality solution and configuration.
