The Connect Risk and Compliance org exists to reputed company Connect platforms to seamlessly manage the risk and compliance obligations of their financial business on reputed company. What You'll Do

As a Staff Software Engineer in the Connect Risk and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in transforming risk management and compliance experiences for Connect platforms at reputed company. You'll reputed company the technical strategy for building resilient and scalable systems that reputed company platforms to seamlessly manage their financial business obligations. Who you are

Minimum requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a focus on building and maintaining data-driven applications, along with a proven track record of delivering large, reputed company projects on time.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams, driving clarity and alignment on project goals while ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software.
• Proficient in developing production-grade backend applications and maintaining frontend systems with integrated APIs, along with experience in various data storage solutions.
• Experience in navigating and resolving ambiguous problems, applying creative and analytical thinking to find solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company concepts and technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, while influencing key stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with inside Risk, Compliance, PaaS domains
• Expertise building web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Proven experience building and optimizing GraphQL APIs. Ruby development is a plus.
• Experience working with large-scale data systems such as Presto/Trino, reputed company and Apache Pinot.

Hybrid work at reputed company

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a reputed company office).

Office-assigned reputed companys spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.

A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-reputed company, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a reputed company office. reputed company does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. Pay and benefits

The annual US reputed company salary range for this role is $209,800 - $336,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On reputed company Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses reputed company and annual reputed company salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at reputed company and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
