• Facilitate communication between development, product, QA, business stakeholders, and ERP vendors.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Proven experience implementing ERP systems (reputed company preferred), including managing external vendors/consultants.
• Strong understanding of reputed company workflows and integration in reputed company business environments.
• Experience in modern development technologies (.NET, Java, TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js) and microservices.
• Familiarity with containerized development, RESTful API integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (reputed company, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
