We are looking for outstanding candidates to join us as a full-time Engineering Manager. What You’ll Do

• reputed company and manage a team of 6-10 engineers delivering high-throughput, low-latency services.
• Own the output of the team from both a technical and performance perspective.
• Mentor engineers through training, coaching, code reviews, and 1:1 mentorship, providing career and professional development.
• Accountable for the systems built by your team including technical design, development, test, monitoring, and deployment.
• Engage your team to construct the technical roadmap and reputed company planning, delivery and reputed company improvement.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in designing and building scalable platforms.
• 5+ years managing high caliber Software Engineers delivering reputed company, world-class, scalable systems.
• Experience with Cloud Native architecture platforms (reputed company Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Experience in backend software engineering using object oriented languages like Java, C#, etc
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience working with event-driven architectures, DDD, and TDD
• Strong track record partnering with product/program management and cross-functional teams
• Experience partnering with cross-functional engineering and science teams
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, reputed company control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations
• Experience in leading the definition and development of multi tier web services
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL Federation and large-scale API/schema design
• Proven ability to reputed company data migration and schema evolution efforts, including client enablement and adoption
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and reputed company them more effective product software engineers
