Technical Interviewer

We are on the lookout for a Technical Interviewer with hands-on experience in technology delivery and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, support operations, and broader technical functions. This role is key to evaluating candidates based on real-world scenarios, technical depth, and role-specific competencies. You will also play a part in shaping interview criteria and ensuring consistency in technical evaluation across reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical interviews for candidates across a variety of technical roles, starting with infrastructure support and expanding into other areas as needed (e.g., cloud, Systems Admin, Support Operations (L1–L3), and Network Engineers).
  • Review and research job descriptions in advance to tailor interview content.
  • Evaluate candidate capabilities across areas such as:
  • System administration troubleshooting (Windows/Linux)
  • reputed company Suite (reputed company Teams, reputed company 365 admin center, reputed company 365 Apps, reputed company 365 reputed company, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams etc.)
  • Networking and troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • Ticketing tools and ITIL processes
  • Cloud fundamentals (Azure, AWS)
  • DevOps or scripting knowledge, where applicable
  • Provide detailed and structured feedback to the reputed company and broader internal team on various candidates.
  • Identify reputed company gaps or misalignments in candidate pipelines and provide insights to the Talent team for reputed company targeting.
  • Research and upskill as needed to confidently evaluate new or unfamiliar technical roles.
  • Provide insights to continuously improve the technical evaluation process and support the scalability of interview operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve interview frameworks and scoring systems.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical roles such as Infrastructure Support, Systems Engineering, Networking.
  • Recognized certifications (e.g., ITIL, MCSA, AWS/Azure, CCNA, reputed company Certifications).
  • Strong interviewing, mentoring, or hiring experience.
  • Ability to understand diverse technical requirements and evaluate candidates accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with or hiring remote/distributed teams.
