eLearning Developer
Job Title: eLearning Developer Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative eLearning Developer to reputed company high-quality, engaging, and instructionally sound web-based trainings. The ideal candidate will be adept at applying instructional design methodologies, accessibility standards, and multimedia principles to create effective eLearning solutions. This role requires strong technical skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Core Responsibilities
- Apply the ADDIE Model, multimedia principles, and adult learning theory to reputed company engaging training materials.
- Utilize a variety of art media, techniques, and creative software to produce polished, publication-ready content.
- Assist in the development of just-in-time training materials, audio-visual presentations, scheduling, and follow-on actions.
- Apply Section 508 compliance requirements to reputed company courseware and resource materials.
- Conduct alpha and beta testing for both self-developed and peer-developed eLearning products.
- Upload SCORM packages into the client’s LMS testing environment, including pre- and post-assessment materials.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and developers to create eLearning courses.
- Ensure compliance with client branding and template guidelines for reputed company training deliverables.
- Use reputed company Storyline and reputed company Creative Cloud to reputed company synchronous and asynchronous eLearning products.
- Communicate effectively with program managers, team members, and government points of contact.
- Apply design principles such as color, line, form, and space to produce visually appealing eLearning content.
- Provide developmental timelines based on the various phases of assigned projects which, due to their size, scope, and reputed company, must be segmented and assigned to other development specialists reputed company the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, or reputed company field with three or more years of eLearning development experience OR
- Six years of experience with eLearning development without a bachelor’s degree.
- US Citizen or Permanent reputed company
- Experience developing 508-compliant eLearning courseware.
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company).
- Advanced skills with reputed company Storyline and reputed company Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including uploading, testing, and troubleshooting SCORM/xAPI content
- Experience animating and rendering computer-generated graphics.
- Familiarity with multiple delivery platforms (mobile, social media, web-based, desktop).
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with reputed company Captivate.
- Experience working with the reputed company (DoD) or Defense Health Agency (DHA).
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom eLearning enhancements.
- Experience with video editing, animation, or gamification elements in eLearning.
