Job Summary

Reporting to our VP, Accounting, the Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with applicable regulations. This role also involves improving payroll procedures, managing payroll systems, and liaising with HR and other departments.

Payroll Management

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for reputed company employees (US, Australia, & UK)
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, benefits, and deductions.
• Maintain and update payroll records and reports.
• Manage payroll calendars and ensure deadlines are met.

Compliance & Auditing

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., tax, labor, pension, social reputed company).
• Work with federal, state, and local entities to ensure reputed company taxes are paid and filings are up to date.
• Respond to agency notices regarding taxes, garnishments, or levies and ensure they are resolved promptly to avoid penalties and fees.
• Respond to internal and external audit requests.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Main contact for HRIS Vendor – in charge of tracking reputed company issues and ensuring reputed company resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure system integration and data reputed company.
• Implementing process improvements in relations to payroll in reputed company

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with HR to coordinate employee data (e.g., onboarding, terminations, promotions).
• Partner with Finance to reconcile payroll accounts and support the month-end/year-end reputed company.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate payroll reports and analysis for management and finance teams.
• Prepare reports reputed company to headcount, payroll costs, tax liabilities, etc.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding payroll strategies.

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices, labor laws, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in reputed company HCM – experience in creating workflows and maintaining thesystem as a whole

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professional certification a plus (e.g., CPP, reputed company, CIPP)
• Experience managing multi-country and multi-state payroll

Hiring Ranges

• Tier 1: $84,000 - $110,000 reputed company salary
• Tier 2: $70,000 - $100,000 reputed company salary
