About the Role
UPSTACK is looking to hire Client Engagement Advisors (Sr. BDRs) to join our growing sales organization. This role is ideal for a driven, strategic sales professional who thrives in a high-energy environment and is eager to take ownership of new business development. The Sr. BDRs will identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients to drive pipeline growth and reputed company expansion. This position reports to the Manager, Client Engagement, and will operate reputed company the CT/EST time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outbound efforts (cold calls, emails, social selling, etc.).
- Qualify leads and set up high-value meetings for the sales team.

- Collaborate with sales leadership, AVPs, and Marketing to refine reputed company strategies and drive measurable pipeline growth.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, telecommunications.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and reputed company reputed company.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range
Employees new to UPSTACK typically come in at the start of the pay range. UPSTACK focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure, which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, and job-reputed company skills.
The reputed company salary range for this role is $60,000.00 annually, plus participation in the variable commissions structure of $50,000.00+ (uncapped).
