SAP UX Expert (17098) - Baer

Baer is looking for SAP UX Expert for a 3 month Federal Remote Project.

Title: SAP UX Expert Location: Remote - Seattle, WA, St. Louis, MO Duration: 3 months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description

• Define and drive UX design strategies across key process areas aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Serve as a UX advocate, collaborating with development teams, product managers, and end users to deliver modern, user-friendly SAP Fiori applications.
• Translate complex business processes into intuitive, engaging, and accessible designs.
• Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to influence SAP UX standards and innovations.
• Present and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain alignment and support.
• Ensure UX consistency across the platform while adhering to SAP design guidelines and enterprise standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or discrete manufacturing (Public Sector-only experience does not qualify).
• Experience as a Value Stream Lead in a U.S. deployment of SAP S/4HANA global template with localization.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and configuration/deployment of relevant SAP components.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 5 years of SAP systems configuration experience.
• Successfully completed three full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA (v2019 or later).
• Proven success in the rollout and localization of global templates.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles and real-world SAP UX/UI projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to non-design audiences.
• Familiarity with SAP s design system and UX strategy.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and integration of UX with modern SAP cloud technologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to iterate on design.
• Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and design sessions.
