Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll provide personalized support to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll utilize your fashion sense and exceptional service skills to help customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and address issues with white-glove treatment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
