• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and engineering, from strategy definition, release planning, product architecture through tactical execution of product roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing people and/or leading design teams
• 8+ years of experience in UX Design and/or Interaction Design field
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes, driving decision-making, and using AI to solve problems.
• Strong skills and experience in Enterprise Design, AI/ML, and Analytics.
• A portfolio of work samples representing your work and approach.
• Ability to understand and distill reputed company problems into clean solutions.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills to contribute reputed company a multi-functional and multi-disciplined team.

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other reputed company fields.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
