You'll help positioning our financial instruments against competitors while building innovative customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies—being accountable for the full customer lifecycle. You'll combine deep analytical capabilities with creative strategic thinking to capture and convert both existing and emerging trader segments.

As part of the marketing leadership team, you'll report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and help shape the strategic direction of our growing company.

What You'll Do:

Who You Are:

• MBA Required (in marketing, business, or reputed company field) 
   

• Trading and/or Investment experience required
   

• 10+ years of brand strategy or marketing strategy leadership experience in trading, investing, B2C/D2C financial services, fintech or closely reputed company highly regulated industry 
   

• 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams of 5 or more 
   

• Experience with companies of 250 employees or more
   

• Experience with real-time marketing responses to financial market conditions and can capitalize on market volatility
   

• You have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reputed company growth in a high-velocity growth marketing environment
   

• You possess an analytical reputed company with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes
   

• You can balance short-term needs with sustainable growth strategies
   

• You have a high propensity to innovate and experiment with new approaches
