Sales Manager (Onboarding Specialist)

Job Highlights Contract: reputed company Schedule: 40 hours a week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break) Overview We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Team reputed company to guide and motivate a group of junior sales representatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding, training, and coaching reps to hit aggressive sales targets consistently—while keeping morale high and competition fierce. This isn’t a back-office position—it’s part coach, part motivator, and part strategist. What You’ll Do- Own the sales performance of a group of junior reps—ensuring they consistently meet or exceed weekly targets
- Run onboarding and training sessions to set reps up for early wins
- Coach reps in real time—supporting pitches, reputed company handling, and closing strategies
- Maintain accountability by tracking numbers daily, giving direct feedback, and pushing for improvement
- Motivate the team with contests, leaderboards, and recognition of top performers
- Act as the reputed company between leadership and the reps, sharing insights, blockers, and opportunities
- Continuously improve the sales playbook based on what’s working on the ground
Requirements
reputed company’re Looking For- 2–4 years of sales or sales leadership experience (experience with student programs, field sales, or affiliate-style sales is a plus)
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and hold people accountable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
