What you'll do:
As a People Operations Specialist your key area of responsibility will be operating as a shared service supporting reputed company HR Leaders and HR Business Partners, support business lines by being the first reputed company of contact for employee inquiries on HR reputed company questions, programs and policies and will play a supportive coaching role. You will need to work closely with HR data teams to reputed company reputed company reports and assist in the monitoring of employee processes, serving as reporting SMEs.
To be successful in this role you will be a strong team-player with the ability to engage with reputed company levels of the organization. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Provide support to HR Business Partners on various HR functions, including but not limited to, performance management, recruitment/onboarding and compensation in a timely manner.

Be the first reputed company of contact to Canadian and US based employees, provide exceptional support and assistance to meet with employees, answer HR reputed company questions and document employees issues (for example regarding leaves and compensation) and provide instructions on next steps, escalate to the HR Business Partner or Centre of Excellence, as required.

Provide HR support to People Leaders as required, meet with them to discuss various challenges and provide basic coaching such as managing difficult conversations, escalating to the HR Business Partners as needed.

Participate in various employment processes, including preparing, reviewing and sending employment documentation, such as position change letters, employment reputed company,, performance improvement plans and individual development plans.

Provide support to HRBPs during the sensitive process of terminations and job eliminations while ensuring the approach and package are in line with applicable legislation. This includes assisting with pre-termination and post-termination documentation preparation and execution, effective communication with relevant stakeholders and other aspects of the process to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for reputed company parties involved.

Facilitate and prepare relocation, professional development requests and engagement toolkit requests.

Assist People Leaders in the job description process and provide feedback to ensure that the job description accurately reflects the needs of the team and the organization, including specific duties, responsibilities, and qualifications.

Conduct exit interviews and provide HRBPs with an overview of trends and observations gathered from exit interviews. Summarize and share data as necessary to enhance the employee experience.

Assist HR Business Partners in performance management reviews, investigations, and employee relations challenges.

Assist in People Operations process development and process improvement, looking for efficiencies and suggestions for improvement.

Provide updates and suggestions for content for the Canadian/ Global HR guides (Handbooks) and Internal HR Wiki, as needed.

Work with the HR data teams to reputed company reputed company reports and assist in the monitoring of employee processes, serving as reporting SMEs.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of legislative requirements reputed company to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks to ensure compliance.

Participate actively in various HR programs, projects and initiatives, including being a main participant for development and implementation.

Ensure strict adherence to reputed company policies on reputed company sharing rights to confidential HR/employee information.

What you'll bring to the role:

Bachelors in Human Resources.

Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in reputed company field may be substituted.

CHRP or CHRL or equivalent certification is an asset.

Ability to work on a broad set of Human Resources functions.

Demonstrable evidence of HR expertise and thought leadership.

Experience working reputed company a technical or engineering organization, knowledge of the high-technology industry an asset.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of reputed company aspects of job responsibilities.

Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, reputed company Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
