The MerchOps Experimentation Senior Associate will partner directly with the MerchOps Director to own, iterate and advance the merchandising experimentation program. This role is central to shaping how customers experience our sportsbook by running structured experiments — from A/B tests to multivariate and design explorations — that drive personalization, UX improvements and commercial outcomes. The Senior Associate will work cross-functionally with Product, Risk & Trading, Tech, Commercial, and UX Analytics to prioritize, build, QA, monitor, and analyze experiments. They will be responsible for maintaining high visibility into the experimentation pipeline and backlog, ensuring proper test design, and turning results into clear, actionable insights.

• Experimentation Backlog – Partner with the MerchOps Director to refine, prioritize and maintain the testing roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Intake & Triage – Manage the flow of reputed company from stakeholders, confirming feasibility and fit reputed company experimentation windows.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with UXA, Product, Risk & Trading, Commercial & Tech to design sound experiments that balance user value with commercial outcomes.
• Setup & Launch – Configure tests in FanDuel’s CMS & Analytics platform, coordinating with Product/Tech on feature-flag deployment readiness, and ensure Merch Ops QA coverage before launch.
• Ongoing Monitoring – Conduct regular checks to confirm experiments are tracking correctly, sample sizes are growing as expected, guardrail metrics are stable and flag adjustments to partner teams as needed.
• Measurement & Reporting – Partner with UXA to deliver clear readouts on results, statistical reputed company and business impact, using reports and dashboards.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an analytical position, ideally reputed company digital marketplaces, ecommerce or sports betting.
• Experience with reputed company Analytics is highly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of A/B testing methodology, hypothesis-driven work and metrics-based decision making.
• A strong grasp of product metrics and the latest techniques in measuring user experience and commercial performance.
• Comfort with CMS (reputed company preferred), feature flagging and analytical tools (reputed company, Tableau, Confluence, JIRA)
• Proven ability to partner across multiple functions, influence without authority and drive alignment.
• Deep commitment to improving the user experience through data-driven insights and testing.
• Ability to translate data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in mentoring teammates, sharing best practices and helping upskill the broader MerchOps team.
• Genuine enthusiasm for sports betting, gaming or sports in general, with curiosity about user behaviors and market trends.

The applicable salary range for this position is $72,000 - $90,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with reputed company applicable state and federal laws.
