Remote Call Center Representative Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. You must successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of Nesting. You cannot miss a day of training. Successfully learn to navigate 12-13 systems and average of 30-40 calls per day. Hours of Operation: 24/7 About the Call Center Representative role: High speed internet Ability to pass typing and customer service assessment. Great problem-solving skills Ability to effectively multi-task High school diploma, GED, or college degree Excellent communication skills Flexibility to work weekends. Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.
