Job Summary We are scaling our data labeling operations and looking for an reputed company Data Labeling reputed company to reputed company the image labeling processes that power our computer vision projects. Reporting to the Senior Technical Project Manager for Data Science, you will play a critical role in working with customer and ThreeV data to generate the high-quality labels needed to train, fine-tune and improve our computer vision algorithms applied to real world social impact-oriented use cases. Your expertise in labeling workflows, tools, and internal/external team management will help accelerate our platform’s success and maximize the value we deliver to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate vendor labeling teams to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Conduct training sessions for both internal and external labelers, ensuring they are proficient in the required tools and methods.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing labeling teams delivering high volume annotation projects.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in labeling for machine learning, ideally for computer vision.
• Strong experience using multiple labeling tools (e.g., CVAT, Encord, etc.) and platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work across partners, customers, technical teams, and company leadership.
• Solid understanding of computer vision and machine learning principles as they relate to labeling projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work in the Power & Utility industry is a significant plus and profiles will be prioritized.
• Experience working closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers, particularly in projects involving physical assets and infrastructure inspections.
• Experience operating in agile and dynamic development environments such as early-stage startups.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably in a relevant field such as: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical or scientific discipline. Other educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply especially if Minimum or Preferred Qualifications above are met.
• A Master’s degree is preferred but not required, especially if the candidate has extensive practical experience in labeling workflows and leading teams.
