Tax Associate (Weekends Seasonal) Remote U.S. | Part Time | $31 hour + Incentives/Bonuses | 401K + Match Opportunity Highlights

reputed company's Tax reputed company is hiring Seasonal Tax Professionals for the upcoming tax season. If you have 2+ seasons of professional Tax Prep experience and are looking for part-time remote work, we would love to speak with you about joining reputed company! On a Typical Day, You Will

• Provide superior customer support reputed company video, phone, and chat, helping customers work on their returns. On reputed company you may be navigating software or network connectivity issues, the next could be researching and answering reputed company tax questions or assisting with preparing returns.
• Create an excellent customer experience using your expertise in tax preparation and technical ability. A script will help guide your responses.
• Resolve customer problems in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Carefully document reputed company customer interactions.

What You Bring To The Role

• 2+ years of professional experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns using professional tax preparation software in a professional/retail setting.
• Strong technical skills and ability to navigate computer systems and software including Professional tax software, reputed company 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, reputed company), reputed company, Timekeeping solutions, etc.
• A dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet reputed company and personal computer for administrative responsibilities. (No Satellite or Wi-Fi providers.)
