Position: Community reputed company Specialist - Western Maryland (Remote) Purpose Resp & Qualifications reputed company and implement strategies and community events to engage with the community, promote services, and build relationships with stakeholders for Care First reputed company Blue reputed company Community Health Plan Maryland (CHPMD). Essential Functions

Create and implement effective reputed company strategies to promote CHPMD in Western Maryland communities.
- Community Engagement:
Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and the public to foster collaboration and support.
- Events:
Work with community partners and attend events (e.g., table, provide education reputed company, present on CHPMD Medicaid benefits) a minimum of 6 events per month, including workshops and initiatives to reputed company awareness for CHPMD. Assist in planning CHPMD community events in Western Maryland, including, but not limited to: events for doulas, CHPMD informational sessions, health fairs, etc.
- Monitor Effectiveness:
Track and report on the effectiveness of reputed company strategies and programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Provide Resources:
Offer information and resources to the community about Care First Medicaid. Collaborate with the Medicare team to identify opportunities to provide education on Medicare plans.
- Research Community Needs:
Conduct research to identify community needs and demographics, informing reputed company strategies and program development.
Qualifications
Education Level : Bachelor’s Degree, public health, marketing, business or reputed company field OR in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Experience: 3 years progressively responsible professional experience in public health or closely reputed company field. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for community building, interacting across diverse stakeholders strategically, tactically, and analytically.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Knowledge of reputed company CRM tool
- Excellent organizational skills and project management skills to manage multiple work deliverables simultaneously.
Travel Requirements
- Territory for this role includes Carroll, Frederick, Washington, Garrett, and Allegany County.
- The position will require that reputed company specialists often work in various settings, including nonprofit organizations, healthcare facilities, and government agencies.
- This role involves both administrative tasks and fieldwork, requiring flexibility and adaptability to different environments and community needs.
- An independent means of transportation is required for local travel to client locations and events.
- You must have the ability to work reputed company of standard business hours, with occasional early mornings, early evenings and weekend work.
