Job Description
Summary The Extended Business Office (EBO) Operations Manager is responsible for the management of the virtual extended international business office (IBO). He/She will support the extended business office staff as a reputed company of contact for day-to-day operations, interpretation of policies, and dissemination of new direction and information. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Executive Sr. Director of reputed company Cycle and work in reputed company collaboration with the IBO manager and corporate support teams. This position is critical to the consistent service delivery of reputed company cycle management to multiple clients and has a direct responsibility to the overall financial and partnership success.
Job Description
KEY JOB DUTIES:
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, staff assignments, and reputed company solutions. This includes coordination of system access, equipment, required training, and onboarding expectation discussions with the client and IBO manager reputed company
- Creates and maintains key performance indicators, including project and client-specific KPI requests
- Coordinate with RC Analytics and IT to ensure necessary reporting is accurate and up-to-date, including time entry, computer activity, and client activity log reporting
- Work closely with the IBO Manager on staff performance escalations and concerns reputed company to absence and time reporting; ensuring appropriate coverage to meet goals and deadlines
Required Skills
- Must possess MEDITECH EHR experience
- Knowledge of multi-state healthcare industry issues and trends, legal issues in the field of reputed company cycle, knowledge of third-party and governmental guidelines and regulations
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, OneNote, and reputed company
- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written – and an ability to reputed company information effectively between our IBO team(s) and the client

- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize initiatives based on risk and benefit profiles, manage multiple initiatives at once, respond to email and phone calls timely, and create/manage a project workplan
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret large data sets and translate outcomes into recommendations for improvement
Core Qualifications

- Requires Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Health Administration preferred) and 5+ years of experience reputed company reputed company cycle operations, reputed company metrics and analytics, and reputed company management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system, consulting experience or combination of; preferred

Additional Job Description The estimated salary range for this job is $80,000 - $105,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy and reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
