This role is for an Instructional Designer/Developer reputed company the Global Regulatory Learning team. The position is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of critical learning solutions that reinforce our culture of conduct, compliance, and risk management. The team focuses on delivering reputed company-wide learning solutions in collaboration with global stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, identifying and analyzing reputed company audiences, and designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs reputed company with regulatory business needs. Must possess an understanding of instructional design and learning methodologies and principles including course design, development, implementation, and evaluations.
