Functional Competencies

• Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Food Science, Chemistry, Food Engineering or reputed company area AND/OR min 8-10 years. functional and leadership experience in industry (Flavour House, FMCG).
• Min 2-3 years people management experience.

General expertise:

• Generate and deploy insights with impact – Advanced.
• Identify and influence strategies – Advanced.
• Manage and deploy knowledge – Advanced.

Technical expertise:

• Sensory Science (Essential).

• Consumer Sensory Insights (Advanced).
