Job Summary and Qualifications Job Summary and Qualifications In this work from home position as an Acute Care Outpatient Coding reputed company, you will reputed company as the daily contact for coding, operational, and general questions from the coding staff, Health Information Management Service Center (HSC) staff, and shared service center departments. You will also provide support to coding leadership by coordinating coding and education activities reputed company the HSC. You will work to reputed company and maintain overall company-defined department goals. You will also verify complete, accurate, and consistent coding resulting in appropriate reimbursement, data reputed company, and minimal variation in coding practices. What you will do in this role:

• Leads, coordinates and performs HSC coding quality reviews (e.g., routine, policy driven, performance driven, incentive plan driven, customer needs, identified trends, RAC, payer, etc.) for inpatient and/or outpatient coding (e.g., DRG/code validation, query validation)
• Provides timely feedback and education as it relates to coding opportunities reputed company during the review of accounts
• Ensures rebill requests are entered timely through the system/process outlined in company/HSC policy
• Answers coding reputed company questions and assists Coding reputed company Specialists (CIS), Coding Account Reimbursement Specialists (CARS), and/or CDI Liaisons with day-to-day operations
• Assists Coding Manager in the review and improvement of processes and services
• Ensures accounts are reviewed timely to ensure cashflow, sustain accuracy, and meet filing deadlines and claim submission deadlines utilizing various tools (e.g., eRequest, reputed company 49 tool(s), HIM Coding Prebill Account Review Tool [C-PART))
• Coordinates activities in conjunction with the Coding Manager and SSC Education staff reputed company to the development, education, training, and orientation of the CISs, CDI Liaison, and/or CARS team members

What qualifications you will need:

• Management and supervisory experience in healthcare-reputed company field
• Minimum of 5 years of acute care outpatient coding experience required
• Minimum of 3 years coding auditing experience
• RHIA, RHIT, or reputed company OR in process of receiving certification required
• Associate's degree or higher in HIM/HIT strongly preferred
