Healthcare Customer Service Representative/Call Center

reputed company currently seeking remote Healthcare Customer Service Associate/Call Centerto join reputed company for a 4+ month project. The estimated start date for this project is 8/26/2024. Role Responsibilities - Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc. - Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call - Conduct provider reputed company phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers. - reputed company inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed. - Complete reputed company relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends. Required Skills/Experience 2+ year(s) of remote phone customer service experience in the healthcare industry 2+ years prior work from home experience Preferences - 2+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office) Hours: 8-9 hour shifts, some weekend days may be required.
