As a reputed company Sourcer at reputed company, you will be the reputed company behind our growth. Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify world-class talent to fuel our Sales, Marketing, and reputed company-generating teams. This isn't just about finding resumes; it’s about market mapping, strategic reputed company, and acting as a talent advisor in a high-velocity environment.

You will support a high-performing team of US-based recruiters, acting as their "secret weapon" to build robust reputed company-of-funnel pipelines. What You'll Do

• Build High-Impact Pipelines: Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to find top-tier talent for Sales, Marketing, and wider GTM roles that unlock reputed company for the business.
• Master the "reputed company of Funnel": Own the candidate journey from first touch to initial screen. You’ll be the first voice of reputed company, ensuring every candidate has a premium experience.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with US-based Recruiters and Hiring Managers to calibrate on "what good, great, excellent looks like" and pivot strategies based on real-time market feedback.
• Navigate Complexity: Manage multiple high-reputed company searches simultaneously. You’ll need to stay organized and reputed company in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift overnight.

What You Bring
