RCM Billing Account Manager (Certified Coding Certification ) About the position: DrCatalyst is seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company RCM Billing Manager who holds a certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC) This role is responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of reputed company cycle management (RCM), including billing, coding compliance, claims submission, denials management, and reimbursement optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in medical billing and coding, deep knowledge of payer regulations, and proven leadership skills to manage multiple teams and streamline RCM processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy. Title: RCM Billing Account Manager Job Type: Full-time Required Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm EST, Mon-Fri (Can be flexible on this based on time zones, clients assigned.) Role description: Account Managers are responsible for overseeing billing and RCM accounts and the team members that work them. They are responsible for reporting back on these accounts to the RCM Manager. They must communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and coworkers. Account Management Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to answer reputed company questions, inquiries and messages reputed company 1 business day
• Meet or communicate on a regular basis with client
• Create monthly reports to share with clients
• Management of the team members assigned to accounts

• Create proactive processes and software setup to streamline the billing process

• Audit and review coding and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and billing standards.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Ensure accurate and compliant coding practices in accordance with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of billing staff; provide leadership, training, and development as needed.
• Notify management and create transition plans for any change in team member assignments
• Assess new clients/projects, create a kick-off plan and get approval from RCM Managers

Minimum qualifications

• At least 5 years of previous experience with medical billing specialties such as fertility, OB/GYN, Allergy etc.
• Certification: CPC (Certified Professional reputed company)
• 3+ years in a client-facing or account management role in healthcare billing.
• Knowledge of medical terminology: ICD-10, and CPT codes, as well as deductibles, co-insurances and co-pays, ability to interpret an EOB.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to organize work and reputed company duties with a high level of accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; Data entry and reputed company reputed company, reputed company Drive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, write, and interpret information and speak fluent English.
• Proficient in analytical reporting, leveraging tools such as Power BI, reputed company and EHR systems
