Remote Payroll/Human Resource Associate

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Payroll/Human Resource Associate to join reputed company at Workwarp. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing our semi-monthly payroll, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain payroll records, including data entry and reconciliation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
• Coordinate leave requests, process employee changes, and adhere to payroll policies and procedures
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
• Create, review, and track various spreadsheets and reports
• Distribute wages through Fintwist pay cards, manual checks, or bank accounts
• Collaborate with Field Support for corrections and meet payroll deadlines
• Manage various employee relation issues and reputed company other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of Human Resource and Payroll experience with 200+ employees
• Experience working with Payroll Systems and strong knowledge of Federal and State Laws
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in reputed company Office
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask
